At IGS, we constantly invest in cutting edge equipment for our in-house testing facilities, enabling us to efficiently and effectively develop bespoke solutions for your needs.
Capable of developing bespoke test rigs to simulate the conditions of your application, IGS can carry out a range of functional, environmental (including vibration and climatic) and reliability performance testing, for design validation and qualification purposes.
Qualification Testing can meet the requirements of MIL STD 810, DEF STAN 00-35, RTCA DO160, BS EN 60068 and many other standards, while the exact Qualification Test Procedures are agreed with the customer before testing is conducted.
After testing, a formal Qualification Test Report is issued to the customer. To provide indisputable evidence for qualification testing procedures and results, we are in close collaboration with TÜV SÜD product services.
