MITCHAM, England – Industrial Gas Springs™ announced today, that following a thorough review of our operational footprint and ongoing business requirements, we are evaluating a proposal to consolidate activities currently performed at our Industrial Gas Springs Mitcham, England facility into our Hyson Brecksville, OH, United States facility.

We believe this consolidation could strengthen operational efficiency, streamline our manufacturing and support footprint, and position us to better serve our customers while supporting the long-term competitiveness of our business.

If the proposal proceeds, activities currently undertaken at Mitcham, England would be transferred to Brecksville, OH, United States with the transition expected to occur over a phased timeline. Any transition would be carefully managed to support our customers, enable effective knowledge transfer, and ensure an orderly and seamless transfer of operations.

Most importantly, we want to assure you that:
