Force adjustable External Side Release Valve (SRV)
This is the only valve which allows you to adjust the force very slowly while the gas spring is already fitted on the application (2mm Allen Key required).
Advantage: This method of reducing the force on gas springs is especially recommended when the force has to be reduced in a very controlled manner or when it is installed by non-technical persons.
Inconvenient: It is possible for a member of the public to tamper with the force after the gas spring has been fitted on the application.
